Shipping policy
On average please allow 2-5 days for express postage depending on location. Postage times are an estimate and are dependant on the postal service itself. All items are sent with tracking. Should your order become lost during transit, you can use your tracking to lodge an investigation with Post to find out where your order is, or alternatively you can contact us and we will lodge an investigation with Post on your behalf. If you require a specific delivery date please contact us first to confirm that we are able to accommodate your request.
Please note that we will always strive to have your order delivered on your selected date, however factors outside of our control may affect delivery time. These factors may include and are not limited to poor weather, natural disasters, delivery breakdowns and other unforeseeable events beyond our control.
Every order is hand-made by one of our Floral Art Technicians, it is important to understand that each one takes time your piece and add postage times on top of this. We use either Post or a courier service depending on the order. We endeavour to communicate any delays with orders where possible.
For all custom orders please allow 2-3 weeks to create, like "Heart Beat Preserved Rose Box" and "Floral Dog Figurine".
It is also important to know that working days are classed as Monday to Friday. Weekends, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays are not classed as working days. If you have any special requests please do not hesitate to reach out. Although we offer these prices, on occasion weight, size or quantity can affect the delivery cost more – in these cases, the customer will be contacted beforehand to arrange.
PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO THE FRAGILE NATURE OF SOME ITEMS, BULK ORDERS MAY HAVE TO BE SENT IN SEPARATE BOXES TO ENSURE LONGEVITY OF THE PRODUCT. WE TAKES EXTREME CARE WHEN PACKING OUR PRODUCTS BUT WE DO UNDERSTAND THAT THE POSTAL SERVICE HAS ITS FAULT, THIS HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTED TO AVOID ANY UNFORTUNATE MISHAPS.
Disclaimer
Due to the unique nature of our roses and materials, each piece is truly one-of-a-kind. Variations can occur in colour and final appearance, additionally, just as when roses are purchased at the local flower shop, small tears in the petals are normal and slight variations in the hue are naturally occurring. Minor imperfections and irregularities in each creation are inherent and desirable characteristics of a genuinely unique and handcrafted product, therefore cannot be considered as a fault or defect. It is also important to know many of our filler and decorative flowers and foliage are subject to seasonal availability and may differ from the original design.
Please be advised that Alyssa's House is not liable for the diminished value of the product resulting from the handling or improper aftercare of the product such as broken glass, or accidental damage. We do not provide a certain guarantee regarding the lifetime of the roses, our only promise is that they last “up to” 3 years, if want to be more longer, however, this is completely dependent upon the aftercare of the rose, providing that all the care instructions are followed, it will remain in its original condition and last.
Alyssa's House preserved roses are real roses and therefore are classed as perishable items, meaning that we cannot accept returns for refunds or exchanges.

Shipping times and prices may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order. All express services include tracking for your peace of mind.

Can you deliver on a specific date?

Do you include a receipt with the delivery?
No! Don’t worry - we understand that most flowers are being sent as gifts, so we never include invoicing information.
What if the recipient isn’t home for the flower delivery?
Our drivers do their best to make sure the flowers are received on the day you expect them to be delivered.
If it’s confident to do so, they will leave the flowers at the safe place or a neighbour. Otherwise, they’ll make another delivery attempt.
Just a friendly reminder to double check the delivery information and phone number for your order, as this is the most common reason for delivery disappointment.
